RETURNS AND REFUND

1. You can return the products for any reason within 14 days after receiving your order. The products have to be in the original condition, unwashed and with all the accessories.

2. The return costs are for the customer. Luluat AlMaghrib will not bear for the cost of return.

3. As soon as the products reaches our warehouse, we will proceed a full refund after checking the product. This refund can take up to a maximum of 14 working days from the moment we have transferred the money to your card. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment. You will receive a confirmation of the refund on your email as soon as the refund is made.

4. The customer is fully responsible for sending the product back to the right return address as described on our website and in the return form.  

To verify your mobile number for COD payment method:

When choosing Cash on Delivery payment method your mobile number needs to be verified on LuluatAlmaghrib.com, you will be prompted to enter a One-Time Password that will be sent to the mobile number registered on your account. Once done, click Continue to proceed with your order. Note:

1. If you verify a mobile number that is already registered on a different account, that other account will be disabled.
